Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging History lessons for Classes XI and XII in accordance with the prescribed CBSE syllabus.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to enhance student learning.
- Conduct regular formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and historical research methods among students.
- Organize and supervise co‑curricular activities such as debates, quizzes, history projects, and field trips.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and curriculum development initiatives.
- Maintain a disciplined,
supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and management to address student needs and promote overall academic excellence.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M.A.) in History from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or an equivalent professional teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Eligibility for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET).
