We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Formulation & Development expert. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in formulation and development of new products.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement new formulations and developments for existing and new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Design and execute experiments to test new formulations and technologies.
- Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation and development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
