- Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (RM/PM/FG) with SAP barcode system. Dispensing of Raw & Packing Material,
- Coordinate with QC/QA/Purchase for material lifecycle
- Inventory control, documentation & compliance (GMP, GDP, GST, Excise)
- Handle QMS, audits, temperature monitoring & calibration tracking
- Prepare challans, PRs, invoice processing & ensure data integrity.
- Maintenance of warehouse records. Monitoring and control on inventory of materials.
- Disposal of rejected materials with co-ordination of QC/QA, commercial and EHS department.
- Monitoring of Temperature & Relative Humidity through continuous data logging system or manual system (as applicable) and maintain record for the same.
- Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and its documentation.
To keep check on equipment calibration, maintaining the records and follow up with concern department.
- Preferred candidate - Must have experience of OSD Plant.
