About the Role

InfinityHub is looking for a result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive field sales and business growth for our software solutions, including
Billing Software, CRM Software, Payroll Software, and other business management applications
.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to independently manage sales activities and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits, and value to prospective customers.




- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Represent InfinityHub professionally during client meetings, visits, and business events.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Software Sales, or a related sales role.
- Experience selling software products such as
Billing, CRM, Payroll, HRMS, Accounting, SaaS, or ERP solutions
is preferred.
