We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Professionals to drive B2B sales, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients in the industrial/automotive bearings sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle B2B sales of ball bearings and industrial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct client visits and meetings as required.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Automotive Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome.
