Role Description

The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, in office role based in our Greater Noida Plant, responsible for overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition for Lotus Advance Technologies. This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning with leadership, drafting job descriptions,



sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and onboarding processes.

The Recruitment Manager partners closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, designs effective recruitment strategies, and ensures a positive, fair, and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, managing relationships with external agencies, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.

The Recruitment Manager will continuously improve recruitment processes to meet organizational growth and skills needs, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, and defense technology.
