About the Role

Madrona Biolabs is seeking a motivated male candidate to join our molecular biology team at our Guindy facility. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on laboratory experience in screening techniques and supporting core molecular biology workflows in a cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine molecular biology protocols including PCR amplification, nucleic acid extraction, and screening assays.
- Support the core molecular biology team in daily laboratory operations, reagent preparation, and sample maintenance.
- Maintain accurate, structured experimental records and lab documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, quality control measures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).





Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E.) in Biotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals, or any Life Sciences / Biological Stream (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Botany, Zoology).
- Experience Level: Freshers only (2025/2026 graduates preferred).
- Gender Preference: Male candidates required for this specific shift arrangement.
- Shift Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work dedicated night shifts.
- Language & Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Location: Local candidates based in or near Chennai (preferably accessible to Guindy) are strongly preferred.
