Job Summary

PRASA is looking for a highly experienced Project Head Electrical to lead mission-critical Data Center projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for electrical systems execution including HT/LT infrastructure, UPS, DG, and critical power systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Data Center electrical infrastructure projects from design review to commissioning
- Manage HT/LT systems, transformers, UPS, DG, bus ducts, and critical power distribution
- Ensure 99.99% uptime standards and redundancy (Tier II / III / IV compliance)
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs, consultants, and cross-functional teams
- Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities
- Ensure compliance with data center standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations
- Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement activities
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure timely mitigation




- Lead and mentor site teams for high-performance delivery

Key Skills Competencies
- Robust expertise in Data Center electrical systems
- Knowledge of Tier Standards (Uptime Institute), redundancy design (N+1, 2N)
- Experience in mission-critical environments
- Leadership and multi-site project management
- Vendor stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Additional certifications in Project Management / Data Center (preferred)

Experience
- 12 18 years in electrical project execution
- Minimum 5+ years in Data Center projects
- Experience handling large-scale critical infrastructure projects

Key Deliverables (KRAs)
- On-time project delivery within approved budget
- Zero critical failures during commissioning
- Compliance with Tier standards and client specifications
