Role Description
The Travel Sales and Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing detailed information on tour packages,



and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries and costings, coordinating reservations with hotels, transport providers, and local partners, and ensuring smooth tour operations from booking through post-trip follow-up. The executive will manage documentation, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support payment and voucher processing. Daily tasks also include addressing customer concerns, collaborating with the sales and operations teams, and contributing to promotional activities and package improvements.
