ReachYou is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing activities, manage client campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience across digital marketing channels and the ability to lead a team while managing multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI and other key metrics
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely campaign execution
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with content, design, video and sales teams




- Identify new opportunities to improve client growth and lead generation
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform changes

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media marketing
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and client accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team leadership and project management abilities
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and Ads Manager is preferred
- Digital marketing agency experience will be an advantage
