Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Assembly work instructions & SOPs for recent and existing products
- Execute trial production activities to validate designs
- Design and develop jigs and fixtures for efficient production
- Coordinate with Design, QA, and Production teams to ensure smooth product transfer to manufacturing
- Provide support for in-line issues and implement timely corrective actions
- Manage SER, Deviation Notes, and ECN activities in compliance with process standards
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 2 3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment (preferably in X-ray systems)
- Good understanding of ISO 13485-compliant manufacturing processes
- Skilled in PCB-level troubleshooting, testing, soldering,
and validation
- Familiar with BIS and AERB testing protocols for X-ray equipment
- Experience with SAP, particularly Material Master creation and BOM management
- Basic programming knowledge (eg Python, Arduino) for jig development is an added advantage
- Proven ability to create structured and clear Assembly Work instructions and SOPs
- Hands-on experience in X-ray system assembly and testing
