Role Description
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Cast AI is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for driving recent enterprise business, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying target accounts, conducting consultative discovery calls, delivering product demos tailored to customer needs, and developing strategic account plans.



The Enterprise Account Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term account growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and representing Cast AI at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications
- Strong Software Sales and enterprise Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline development within B2B technology or cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including nurturing long-term relationships and driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in Consultative Selling, understanding customer use cases and aligning solutions to business outcomes.
