Drafting of pleadings Plaint, written statement, IA, Petition, Counter, Criminal Complaint, Police Complaint, memorandum to local authorities, reply to queries from Municipalities and Panchayat,

Competence

In-depth knowledge of Civil and Criminal Litigation procedure and practice, In-depth Knowledge of Registration Laws, TP Act, Easements, License, understanding of Municipalities and Panchayat Act ,

Ability to independently manage Legal documentation and filing.

Ability to appear before various local authorities, govt departments and represent issues pertaining to the company.

Coordinating with external team of Lawyers and Vendors on a day-to-day basis and collection and update of Legal Data.
