About the Role :

Sourcing Head

The sourcing head for bonito designs will closely work with the Office of Chief Revenue officer of Bonito. Sourcing in Bonito designs is the most critical function that spans across multiple verticals of Digital, Channel Partners, Alternative Channels, Pre-Sales & Calling functions. The Sourcing Head will be responsible for managing both, sourcing of leads and converting the leads to prospects of Bonito Designs. Enabling the entire system to convert prospects to customers. This is not a single-channel role. The Head of Sourcing is expected to think like a portfolio manager ensuring the right balance of leads across verticals, identifying gaps, building systems, and driving accountability at every level of the funnel. You will work closely with the business leadership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that sourcing velocity is always matched to delivery capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develops and executes Business strategic plans based on market opportunities, aligning short- and long-term business goals for the Experience Business





• Leads the creation and implementation of high-impact sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth for Business

• Builds and leads high-performing teams by recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent; fosters a values-driven, high-accountability culture

• Ensuring all centres of Bonito Designs are provided with prospects inclined towards designing their homes

• Manage key-stakeholder partnerships with different channel partners, alternative partners etc. to grow lead acquisition from month to month Vertical Architecture & Portfolio Management • Drive the optimal sourcing mix across all five verticals based on market dynamics, capacity, and growth targets

• Own the annual sourcing budget and allocate resources across verticals with ROI-first thinking

• Build multi-quarter roadmaps for each vertical with transparent milestones and investment requireme
