Role Description
The Google Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing role at Creativekatta is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the specialist plans, sets up, and optimizes Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant networks to achieve performance goals such as leads, sales, and ROI. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, writing ad copy,



managing budgets and bids, A/B testing creatives and landing pages, and monitoring campaign performance. The specialist will analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients. Collaboration with designers, content creators, and account managers is expected to ensure cohesive, high-performing digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with performance management and performance testing to optimize ads, audiences, and landing pages.
