Role & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to ensure seamless execution across lending and financial workflows.
- Streamline cross-functional processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall operational productivity.
- Review agreements, manage vendor partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor vendor performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement scalable business strategies and operational frameworks.
