Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant with strong expertise in Transformer & Rectifier manufacturing, plant setup, technical design, machinery procurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Greenfield/Brownfield plant setup and factory layout.
- Plan production areas for CRGO cutting, coil winding, core assembly, tanking & oven drying.
- Validate transformer/rectifier designs, BOMs, core & winding layouts.
- Specify and procure manufacturing machinery including winding machines, EOT cranes & vacuum drying plants.
- Develop local vendors/suppliers for CRGO, copper/aluminium, insulation and components.
- Set up Transformer Testing Laboratory including routine, type, special,



impulse & PD testing.
- Manage BIS, BEE, NABL, GPCB & Chief Electrical Inspectorate compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors and technical teams.
