Job Role: As an Assistant Manager – Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, ensuring target achievement, and contributing to the success of conferences through effective delegate and sponsorship sales.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms. * Manage and expand existing client accounts by building long-term business relationships. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase delegate registrations and sponsorship revenue. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close business opportunities. * Prepare and share proposals, quotations,



and commercial agreements with prospective clients. * Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversions, and revenue forecasts to ensure consistent business growth. * Identify new market segments, industries, and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base. * Coordinate with the Conference Production and Marketing teams to align sales activities with upcoming conferences and campaigns. * Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and MIS reports. * Track individual and team performance, ensuring timely achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
