Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial equipment/machinery products in the Pune region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations to drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and build relationships with customers to increase sales volume.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Engineer in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery industry.
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
