- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, importers, and OEM clients.
- Manage key accounts and handle customer requirements.
- Provide technical product information related to brass components.
- Work with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate product development based on customer specifications.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Track KPIs such as current clients, conversion rates, and revenue.
