What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Explain our products and services clearly and confidently
- Follow up regularly to keep customers engaged
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Hit daily and monthly targets
- Build lasting relationships through great communication
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong convincing skills
- Freshers welcome; experienced candidates encouraged to apply
