Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager – PR & Marketing to lead the company’s digital presence, brand communication, public relations, and marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, campaigns, and creative communication.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, leads,



and conversions and provide regular reports.
- Optimize digital campaigns based on performance and ROI.

PR & Brand Management
- Develop and execute PR and corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Build relationships with media, journalists, publications, industry associations, architects, designers, and influencers.
- Identify opportunities for press coverage, interviews, articles, awards, events, and industry features.
- Prepare press releases, company announcements, newsletters, case studies, and corporate communication materials.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.

Content & Creative
- Lead the creation of high-quality content including project showcases, case studies, videos, blogs, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
