Role Description
The Business Development Executive will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in New Delhi with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective partners.



The person will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, present TripDMC’s value proposition, and negotiate partnership terms to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure partner success. The Business Development Executive will also gather market insights, provide feedback to improve products and services, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand TripDMC’s partner network.

Qualifications
