Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Shimla. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client relationship management,



including onboarding, account servicing, and ongoing communication with advertising and business partners. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, coordinating campaigns across TV and digital platforms, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with sales, content, finance, and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. The Account Manager will also support renewals and upsell opportunities by identifying client needs and recommending suitable Network18 solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience in media, advertising, or digital publishing, preferably with exposure to TV and online news
