Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and sales enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Pre-Sales team.
- Support quotations, proposals, and sales-related activities.
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM.
- Coordinate with Pan-India Sales teams for timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Tele-Sales.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills – mandatory.
- Positive customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Candidates willing to coordinate with Pan-India teams.
