Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Computer Vision and AI solution deployment from requirement analysis, model selection, validation, commissioning, and production acceptance.
- Develop and optimize vision AI models, image-processing techniques, datasets, and evaluation processes to achieve required accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with automation teams to select and integrate cameras, lenses, lighting, triggering systems, and edge computing hardware for inspection solutions.
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and improve Computer Vision models in Linux-based production environments across customer manufacturing sites.
- Lead dataset management, model performance monitoring, retraining, version control, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (software, electrical, mechanical, automation, and customers) to deliver scalable AI-powered quality inspection systems.

Qualifications




- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 4-7 years of experience in developing and deploying Computer Vision / Vision AI solutions, preferably in industrial or manufacturing domains.
- Solid knowledge of Computer Vision concepts including image processing, classification, object detection, segmentation, anomaly detection, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and Python for AI model development, experimentation, data processing, automation, and production support.
- Hands-on understanding of industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, image acquisition systems, and edge computing hardware.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, quality inspection applications, and willingness to travel for customer deployments and commissioning.
