Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support business expansion by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, tracking government tenders, preparing proposals, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Candidates with experience in Government Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs and Channel Partners.
- Identify relevant opportunities from GeM, CPPP, State e-Tender Portals, and other procurement platforms.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) and prepare meeting reports.
- Prepare business presentations, company profiles, and capability documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project submissions.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Maintain lead pipeline, client database, and MIS reports.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of Government Tendering and Procurement Process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare proposals and business presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
