The EWP Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that End User Workplace services delivered by local providers meet agreed business expectations in terms of service quality, throughput, reliability, and cost. The role acts as the primary service management point of coordination across providers, stakeholders, and internal peers, ensuring that operational delivery is aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
