We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our flagship Tea Boutique Café and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Position Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Tea Boutique Café, ensuring seamless operations across the café, tea bar, kitchen, retail boutique, and guest experience. This role requires a strategic hospitality skilled with a passion for excellence, proven business acumen,



and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering exceptional luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operational Leadership
- Lead the overall operations of the Tea Boutique Café, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory management, and P&L; accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional and memorable luxury hospitality experience for every guest.
- Establish and maintain world-class service standards throughout the café.
- Handle guest feedback proactively and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Foster a culture of personalized service and continuous improvement.
