Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test new engineering systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Engineer in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
