Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented International Business Development Manager to expand our business in international markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying overseas business opportunities, developing relationships with international clients and distributors, generating export leads, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales/business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international markets for the company's pharmaceutical products/raw materials.

Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, exhibitions, and other business channels.

Identify and approach international distributors, importers, manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Handle enquiries from overseas customers and provide product information, quotations, and commercial proposals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.





Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.

Conduct market research to identify current countries, customers, products, and business opportunities.

Develop and implement international business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with customers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer communication, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements in international markets.

Prepare regular reports on international sales, lead generation, conversion, and market development.
