Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage factory manpower, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, attendance, welfare, hostel and canteen operations, and overall HR activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of factory HR operations, labour compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
* Manage recruitment and selection of factory manpower as per management-approved manpower strength, salary structure, and eligibility requirements.
* Ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled within 15–30 days of request or resignation.
* Maintain optimum manpower levels across departments.
* Ensure tailor manpower is maintained at 5% above the required strength.
Attendance & Employee Management
* Monitor and regulate daily attendance of workers and staff.
* Ensure discipline regarding attendance, in/out timings, and movement during working hours.
* Monitor and control labour absenteeism and attrition below 5%.
* Work towards achieving 0% staff absenteeism.
* Reduce leave and absenteeism among hostellers to below 1%.
* Handle employee grievances and ensure 100% closure within the defined TAT.
Statutory Compliance
* Maintain all legal and statutory documents and ensure timely renewal.
* Ensure timely response to government/statutory letters, emails, visits, and communications.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
* Maintain employee personal files with zero non-conformities.
Factory Operations & Welfare
* Monitor Hostel and Canteen operations and address worker grievances related to these facilities.
* Ensure hostel capacity utilization is maintained above 95%.
