Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to handle civil construction activities, site execution, quality control, and coordination. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction practices and the ability to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, measurements, levels, and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Check quantities and material requirements for ongoing work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify technical/site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in planning and execution of construction activities.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and measurements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively at a project site.
