*Job Title: HR Recruiter*

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and finding

the right talent for our team. You will be responsible for handling recruitment activities,

coordinating with candidates, and supporting the HR team with day-to-day HR activities. If

you have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage

multiple hiring requirements, we’d love to have you on board

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Shift: Day Shift (11 AM - 8 PM)

Mode: Full Time On-site (5 Days Working)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

• Understand requirements and post jobs on relevant platforms.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other

channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and assess skills, communication,

experience, and suitability.





• Coordinate technical/management interview rounds with the concerned team.

• Schedule interviews and regularly follow up with candidates.

• Coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities as per company guidelines.

• Maintain an active pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to the Senior.

• Work towards achieving hiring targets within agreed timelines.

HR Coordination & Support

• Assist in the onboarding process for recent employees.

• Maintain and update HR records and documentation.

• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and coordination.

• Coordinate with employees and different departments whenever required.

• Support the Senior HR with other HR-related activities.
