Job description:

Mid-Level Residential Architect Associated Recons LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Residential Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will take ownership of high-density residential developments, residential redevelopment schemes, and custom flat layouts from conceptual design through municipal submission and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

1.Residential Planning & Design: Create functional architectural layouts, typical floor plans, unit sizing strategies (such as optimizing 2BHK and 3BHK flat configurations),

2. Working Drawings & Detailing: Generate comprehensive construction documentation, structural column line coordination, plumbing/sanitary layouts, and interior customization drawings.

3. Customization Management: Coordinate directly with flat owners and society committees to manage customization requests, maintain audit checklists, and track changes systematically.

4. Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with structural designers, MEP consultants,



and municipal liaison engineers to resolve technical discrepancies.

5. Site Supervision: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure physical construction matches working drawings and quality standards.

Technical Skills & Software Core Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, and SketchUp, Photoshop, M.S. Office.

Execution Knowledge: Familiarity with residential material finishes, construction techniques, and structural

Soft Skills: Strong technical communication to confidently present feasibility studies and design concepts to housing society committees.Highly organized with the ability to manage strict deadlines and shifting project constraints.

Mid-Level Residential ArchitectExperience: 3 – 5 years in residential design (experience with UDCPR rules is highly preferred)
