Good Spell Ventures is building a modern nutraceutical and functional wellness brand for the Indian and global market. We are looking for a hands-on qualified to lead product development, manufacturer sourcing and supply-chain setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate nutraceutical products including gummies, powders, sachets and functional beverages.
- Identify and manage manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging vendors and testing labs.
- Lead formulation trials, sampling, costing and product development.
- Build and manage the end-to-end supply chain from concept to commercial production.
- Negotiate MOQs, pricing, timelines and vendor terms.
- Coordinate FSSAI, quality and product documentation with relevant experts.
- Build a strong network of reliable industry partners.

What We're Looking For
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutraceuticals, Nutrition,



Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in nutraceuticals, functional foods, FMCG or supplements.
- Strong NPD/product development experience.
- Existing industry network with nutraceutical manufacturers and ingredient suppliers is a major advantage.
- Experience with gummies, powders, sachets or functional beverages preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in an early-stage company.
