HTBG Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive – Paid Ads & Lead Generation who can plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads, PPC, lead generation, email marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization, with a clear understanding of ROI and conversion-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Set up and monitor Pixel, conversion events, tracking, and analytics.




- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and track campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for paid and organic campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content and marketing creatives using Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Write and optimize ad copy, social media captions, email content, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
- Experience with Pixel tracking,
