Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide clear information about products, services, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Receive and record customer enquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments to process customer requirements.
- Track customer orders and provide regular status updates.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, and customer requests.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and transactions.




- Contact existing customers to understand their satisfaction and requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
- Ensure all customer requests are followed up until closure.
- Support the team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily or weekly customer follow-up reports.
- Assist in other customer coordination activities as required.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Any Degree / Diploma qualification.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi or Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant and professional communication style.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and confidently.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Email.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
