Site Manager – Interior & Execution

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and workers.
- Have good knowledge of interior designing, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Ensure all interior work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor material requirements, site measurements, and material usage.
- Supervise contractors and workers and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Conduct regular site measurements and verify completed work.
- Coordinate with the design team for any changes or site-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of site progress, materials, and work completion.
- Ensure quality, safety,



and timely completion of the project.
- Prepare regular site progress updates for management.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in site supervision and interior execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing and modular work.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, workers, and multiple site activities.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
