Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Qualification:
- BFA in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts that communicate the brand's identity effectively.
- Design social-media posts, advertisements, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create short-form motion graphics and visual content for digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, aesthetics, and visual language.
- Develop branding and marketing collateral.
- Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate the creative process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop recent creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are visually polished, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
- Stay updated with current design, social-media, AI, and visual-content trends.

Requirements
- BFA in Visual Communication,



Graphic Design, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and work within a brand's visual identity.
- Good understanding of social-media-first design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and range.

Experience

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience: Eligible for the Junior Graphic Designer position.

Round 2: In-person interview in Chennai

Work Location

The role is remote, with an in-person interview required for the second round.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
