Solar Project Leader
for
our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the
installation and comissioning
of solar power systems, ensuring high-quality execution
- Plan and drive tasks for meeting project goals and timelines
- Ensure appropriate documentations and record data
- Interface with clients to ensure customer-delight
- Network with other functions like sales, procurement, service etc

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory:
- BE/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience
in the residential solar
- Project leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.
- Based in Chennai.

Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with On-grid, Hybrid & Off-grid solar power systems.
- Familiarity with TANGEDCO approval processes for solar installations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other tools for reporting and tracking.
