Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Nagpur. The specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present solar solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting customer visits, explaining product benefits and pricing, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams for site assessments and installations. The role involves implementing marketing campaigns,



managing local promotions, attending events, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The specialist will also provide product training and support to customers, gather market feedback, and contribute to strategies that increase brand visibility and sales growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain technical concepts clearly, and support customers throughout the sales process.
