As a Talent Scout, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and connecting top IT talent with exciting career opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our delivery teams and clients to support hiring initiatives and build a solid talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.
- Screen candidate profiles and evaluate their technical qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technology talent.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the US IT hiring landscape.

Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BE (Computer Science or related Technology discipline)
- MCA
- BCA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology-related field
