Role Description
The Co-Founder (Investment Partner) will play a strategic role in shaping Sanade International’s growth, investment decisions, and market expansion. This full time position is based in Bengaluru in a hybrid capacity, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing business development initiatives,



and strengthening partnerships with clients and stakeholders. The role involves contributing to long-term strategy, guiding sales and marketing activities, and ensuring that recruitment operations align with financial and growth objectives. The Co-Founder (Investment Partner) will also collaborate with the leadership team to refine service offerings, monitor market trends, and support overall organizational performance.
