Site Engineer / Civil Supervisor - Residential Projects (Fresher/0-3yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a Site Engineer / Civil Site Supervisor to join our residential construction project team. This is a great opportunity for fresh civil engineering graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of site experience to gain hands-on construction execution exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities including RCC work, masonry, plastering, and finishing work; coordinate with contractors and labour teams to ensure work progresses as per drawings and schedule; maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site diaries; ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms on site; assist in measurement and verification of contractor bills; coordinate with the design/billing team for drawing clarifications.
Required Skills:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and reading structural/architectural drawings; willingness to work in office full time; good communication skills for coordinating with labour and contractors.

Salary: 18000-26000, Accommodation plus Travel
