We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our chocolate production team as a Chocolatier Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates with an educational background in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, or related fields who are eager to build a career in premium chocolate manufacturing.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in chocolate production, tempering, moulding, enrobing, filling, decorating, packaging, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of chocolates and confectionery products.
- Learn and perform chocolate tempering, moulding, filling, and decorating techniques.
- Follow standard recipes and production procedures accurately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.
- Support production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
- Assist in quality checks of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished goods.
- Help in packaging, labeling,



and inventory management activities.
- Adhere to company SOPs, GMP, and food safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

Eligibility Criteria/Education
- 12th pass
- B.Tech/B.Sc in Food Technology
- B.Sc Food Science & Nutrition
- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery
- Hotel Management (Food Production specialization preferred)
- Any related food manufacturing qualification

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in food production, bakery, confectionery, or chocolate manufacturing is an advantage.
