Job Description
Join our Security Operation Engineering (SOE) team, the technical backbone of our Managed Security Services (MSS) department. In this role, you will lead technical customer onboardings, build CI/CD and SOAR automations, and maintain the reliability and performance of our Airbus Protect security platforms.
- Infrastructure & Platform Operations: Ensure the reliable operation, performance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation of our own cloud and on-premise infrastructure as well as core applications (e.g., SOAR, ticketing systems)
- Customer Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate and execute the technical implementation of customer onboardings, collaborating across teams to effectively integrate critical assets and data sources into our security monitoring platforms
- Stakeholder & Application Support: Support the design and coordinate the integration of required internal stakeholder applications into our platforms to continuously enhance our MSSP services.
- Technology Roadmap & R&D;:



Actively shape our technology roadmap by initiating and supporting R&D; projects exploring emerging technologies, advanced analytics, and novel automation techniques
- Hardening & Preventive Security: Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to recommend and implement preventive controls, thereby reducing the attack surface and hardening security postures
- Process & Workflow Automation: Integrate contemporary automation approaches (including AI/LLM interfaces and CI/CD pipelines) to reduce manual effort and drive operational workflow efficiency
- Assuming functional and/or project-related responsibilities within projects (e.g., technical project planning, subject matter ownership)
