Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent staffing requirements. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers and joining formalities, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, skills, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job roles, company details, and opportunities to candidates.
- Obtain candidate consent and submit relevant profiles within agreed TAT.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate schedules, and follow up with candidates.
- Support offer negotiations, documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and maintain post-placement engagement.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate records.




- Work closely with Account Managers to achieve client hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Recruitment agency/staffing experience will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in handling candidates over the phone.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Solid interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
