Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calling, lead handling, follow-ups, customer communication, lead management, and daily reporting.

This position is open only to freshers who are interested in building a career in telecalling, sales, lead generation, and business development. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to learn, develop qualified skills, and continue working with the organization for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and collect potential customer/business contact numbers and leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce the company's products/services to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
- Handle incoming enquiries and leads professionally.




- Qualify potential leads based on customer requirements and interest level.
- Forward qualified and interested leads to the Sales/Business Development Team.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Update lead information in CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or the company's internal system.
- Maintain and manage lead databases accurately.
- Categorize leads such as Interested, Not Interested, Follow-Up Required, Converted, etc.
- Reconnect with old and existing leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development Team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly calling/lead-generation reports.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work activities and performance.
- Handle basic customer queries
