About the Role: We are looking for a creative, data-driven and highly strategic Social Media Strategist to lead Presidium School’s digital presence and strengthen its brand positioning across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, driving audience engagement and ensuring that Presidium’s achievements, school culture, events and educational philosophy are effectively communicated to parents, students and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the overall social media strategy for Presidium School across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.





* Build and manage a monthly and annual social media content calendar aligned with school events, admissions, campaigns and brand objectives.

* Develop creative content ideas around student achievements, school events, academics, faculty, activities, celebrations, testimonials and campus life.

* Lead the complete content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, shoot planning, publishing and performance analysis.

* Conceptualise and oversee Reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, event coverage and brand campaigns.

* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, school teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery.

* Monitor social media trends, viral formats, platform algorithms and competitor activities and incorporate relevant trends into the school’s content strategy.

* Develop campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, parent connect and admission enquiries.

* Manage and maintain a consistent brand
